Requirements to Maintain Warranty Coverage
The product must be registered online within 30 days of installation using the provided QR code.
The system must be installed and operated within the manufacturer’s specified operating limits.
What the Warranty Covers
Defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use.
Covered parts will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper installation
Defective or pre-existing plumbing issues
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Freezing
Flood, fire, or other acts of God
Mineral fouling, sediment, bacteria, or scaling
Unauthorized accessories
Failure to follow operating instructions
Manufacturer Liability
The manufacturer is not responsible for:
Water damage
Property damage
Lost profits or lost data
Incidental or consequential damages
Attorney fees or other indirect losses related to the system
Warranty Service Process
Contact the installer or dealer.
The installer or dealer will obtain a Return Material Authorization, or RMA.
The manufacturer will repair or replace the defective covered part.
Operating Requirements
Warranty coverage is valid only when the system is operated within the following limits:
Water Pressure: 20–120 PSI
Water Temperature: 35°F–125°F
Relative Humidity: ≤95%
Power: 100–240 VAC, 50–60 Hz
Turbidity: ≤2 FTU
Water Hardness: ≤50 grains per gallon
Iron: ≤0.3 ppm
Chlorine: ≤0.1 ppm
Important Notes
Do not exceed 120 PSI of water pressure.
Do not expose the system to freezing temperatures.
Operating the system outside the specified limits may void the warranty.
